Anti-wear performance : It is recommended that the guide rail oil contain zinc formula to reduce slow creep wear.
Compatibility : Compatibility tests must be conducted before mixing oil products of different brands.

Oil level monitoring : Check the fuel tank monthly to keep the oil level at 2/3 of the window.
Filter replacement : Regularly replace the oil filters of the lubricating oil pump and hydraulic system.
Cleaning and maintenance : After each day's work, clean the machine tool surface, guide rails and worktable to prevent impurities from entering.
Iv. Maintenance of the Lubrication System
Regular inspection : Check the oil pump, oil pipes and oil filter to ensure that the oil pump pressure is normal and there is no leakage.
Oil circuit cleaning : Remove the dust covers of each shaft every six months, and clean the ball screws and oil circuit joints.
V. Precision and Maintenance of Mechanical Components
Ball screw preload : Regularly check the axial clearance to ensure high-precision feed function.
Guide rail maintenance : Check for wear on the guide rail surface, repair it with special grinding paste, and replace it if severely worn.
Positioning accuracy detection : Regularly detect the positioning accuracy using a laser interferometer to restore the equipment accuracy.
