I. Core Settings of Lubrication Parameters

Oiling interval ‌ : Set according to the processing intensity. Generally, it is triggered every 4 hours for cutting processing, and can be extended to 6 hours for finishing processing.

Single oil injection volume ‌ :

Guide rail oil ‌ : 8-12ml each time.

Main shaft bearing oil ‌ : 5-8ml each time.

Pressure regulation ‌ : Generally maintained at 0.3-0.5MPa, and can be appropriately increased by 0.1MPa in winter.

Ⅱ. the key to oil selection

Viscosity matching ‌ : ISO VG68 is used when the ambient temperature is above 25℃, and VG32 is selected for low temperature.

Anti-wear performance ‌ : It is recommended that the guide rail oil contain zinc formula to reduce slow creep wear.

Compatibility ‌ : Compatibility tests must be conducted before mixing oil products of different brands.

Ⅲ. Key Points for Daily Maintenance

Oil level monitoring ‌ : Check the fuel tank monthly to keep the oil level at 2/3 of the window.

Filter replacement ‌ : Regularly replace the oil filters of the lubricating oil pump and hydraulic system.

Cleaning and maintenance ‌ : After each day's work, clean the machine tool surface, guide rails and worktable to prevent impurities from entering.

Iv. Maintenance of the Lubrication System

Regular inspection ‌ : Check the oil pump, oil pipes and oil filter to ensure that the oil pump pressure is normal and there is no leakage.

Oil circuit cleaning ‌ : Remove the dust covers of each shaft every six months, and clean the ball screws and oil circuit joints.

V. Precision and Maintenance of Mechanical Components

Ball screw preload ‌ : Regularly check the axial clearance to ensure high-precision feed function.

Guide rail maintenance ‌ : Check for wear on the guide rail surface, repair it with special grinding paste, and replace it if severely worn.

Positioning accuracy detection ‌ : Regularly detect the positioning accuracy using a laser interferometer to restore the equipment accuracy.

Ⅵ. Electrical System Maintenance

Component inspection ‌ : Regularly inspect the appearance of electrical components and the firmness of wiring to prevent overheating.

Grounding and lightning protection ‌ : Regularly check the stability of the grounding system and take lightning protection measures during thunderstorms.

Ⅶ. Other Matters needing Attention

Main shaft lubrication ‌ : At low speeds, grease or oil circulation lubrication is adopted; at high speeds, oil mist or oil-gas lubrication is used.

Pneumatic system ‌ : Regularly check the oil used in the pneumatic system and clean the moisture from the air filter.

Hydraulic system ‌ : The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank should be replaced regularly every six months.
