Universal milling machines are versatile and widely used metal-cutting machine tools, capable of performing complex processing in multiple directions. The worktable can achieve manual or motorized feed in the X, Y, and Z coordinate axes, and supports rapid movement to enhance processing efficiency. Through the rotary table, the worktable can rotate 45° left and right in the horizontal plane, facilitating the milling of helical surfaces and inclined surfaces.

Lifting platform and sliding seat ‌ : complete lateral and vertical movements

Main shaft system ‌ : It adopts a three-support structure and tapered roller bearings to ensure rotational accuracy and load-carrying capacity

The guide rail pair has undergone ultrasonic frequency quenching and precision grinding treatment, and is combined with a forced lubrication system, effectively extending its service life.
