The bed is used to fix and support the various components of the milling machine. There are horizontal guide rails on the top surface for the movement of the crossbeam. The front wall is equipped with vertical guide rails in the shape of a dovetail, allowing the lifting platform to move up and down. It is equipped with components such as the main motor, the main shaft speed change mechanism, the main shaft, electrical equipment and a lubricating oil pump inside.

operating instruction:
1:Before operation, check whether the handles of all parts of the universal lifting table milling machine are normal. Add lubricating oil as per regulations and run it at low speed for 1 to 2 minutes before operation.
2:Before starting work, one should wear work clothes properly. Female workers should wear work caps. Gloves are strictly prohibited during operation.
3: The workpiece should be clamped firmly. Loading and unloading, tool setting, measurement, speed change, mandrel tightening and machine cleaning must all be carried out after the universal lifting table milling machine has come to a complete stop.
4:No measuring tools, workpieces or other sundries are allowed to be placed on the workbench.
5:When starting up, it is necessary to check whether the mutual positions of the workpiece and the milling cutter are appropriate.
6:When the universal lifting table milling machine is automatically feeding, the handle and the thread should be separated. The workbench must not reach the two limit positions, and the limit blocks should be firmly placed.
7:Before moving the workbench and the lifting platform, the fixing screws must be loosened. When not moving, tighten the nut.
8:The tool holder, pull rod, chuck and tool must be installed and tightened before starting the machine. It is not allowed to use the rotation of the main shaft to assist in loading and unloading.
