General adjustment method

 Verify equipment parameter matching ‌ : Ensure that the machine tool parameters are consistent with the post-processing Settings. For example, the Y-axis of ‌ and the polar coordinate mode of ‌ should both have diameter outputs to avoid direction errors due to parameter conflicts. ‌ ‌

System-specific adjustment reference

 FANUC system ‌ : Search for the "reverse rotation axis" parameter in the parameter Settings (such as ‌#8130 series), and modify the direction marker corresponding to the c-axis. ‌ ‌

 New generation system ‌ : Adjust the ‌ parameter 224/226 (c-axis rotation mode) or the ‌ indexing positive direction parameter to ensure it matches the program logic. ‌ ‌

 Siemens system ‌ : When using the TRACYL (cylindrical conversion) or CYCLE800 (planar rotation) function, the rotation direction needs to be confirmed by the ‌ right-hand rule, and the correct axis vector should be set in the program. ‌ ‌
