Simple faults of the radial drilling machine can be quickly identified and handled according to the principle of "easy first, then difficult; outside first, then inside", and most common problems can be solved without complex disassembly.
Ⅰ. General Quick Troubleshooting Sequence
The first step of is : First, check the visible external components such as the power supply, switch, and oil level to eliminate the most basic and low-level faults.

Ⅱ. The simplest handling methods for five common types of faults
the main shaft does not rotate/the motor does not start
First, check if the power switch has tripped and if the fuse has burned out. Then, simply close the switch or replace it with a fuse of the same specification.
Confirm whether the main shaft gear is engaged in place, and then push and pull the gearshift handle back to the correct position.
If the motor shows no response at all, first check whether the control transformer's incoming line is burned out. Replacing the transformer can quickly eliminate the fault.
The spindle box/rocker arm/column is not clamped tightly
First, check if the guide rail clearance is too large and adjust it to no more than 0.04mm.
Loosen the fixing screws of the clamping block, adjust the clamping block to a suitable position to fit the guide rail, and then re-tighten it.
Make sure the hydraulic oil level is near the center mark of the oil gauge. If the oil level is too low, add oil and the clamping force can be restored.
The rocker arm cannot be raised or lowered
First, make sure the rocker arm is fully released, and then operate the lifting and lowering buttons to avoid forced operation without unlocking.
Check whether the contacts of the contactor corresponding to the lifting motor are loose. Re-plug the wiring tightly and the operation will resume.

First, check the oil level in the fuel tank. When the oil level exceeds the center mark on the oil gauge, drain the excess oil to solve the oil overflow problem.
Just tighten the loose oil pipe joints directly, and most of the oil leakage at the joints can be stopped without disassembling the oil circuit.
Abnormal noise/lag
First, apply lubricating oil to the guide rails and lead screws. The jamming and abnormal noise caused by insufficient oil can be directly eliminated.
Tighten the visible loose bolts on the equipment and eliminate the abnormal sounds caused by loose mechanical parts.
Ⅲ. The Simplest Daily Maintenance Tips
Apply lubricating oil to the surface of the guide rail once a week to prevent wear caused by dry friction.
Change the lubricating oil in the transmission fluid pool every three months to keep the oil clean.
Before each startup, let it idle for 30 seconds to confirm that all actions are normal before starting the processing operation.
