The swing-arm turret milling machine, also known as the swing-arm milling machine or universal milling machine, is a light and general-purpose metal cutting machine tool that combines vertical and horizontal milling functions. It is suitable for the processing of planes, inclined planes, grooves and splines of medium and small-sized parts, and is widely used in mechanical processing, mold manufacturing, instrumentation and other industries.

The main components of this machine tool, such as the base and the machine body, are made of high-strength castings and undergo artificial aging treatment to ensure stability. The milling head can be adjusted vertically by ±45° and rotated horizontally by 360°, and is equipped with manual and micro-motion dual-mode feed spindles. The workbench supports three feed modes in both longitudinal and transverse directions: manual, motorized feed and rapid feed. It offers 8 levels of speed regulation, with an X-direction travel of up to 800mm. The X/Y/Z three-way guide rails undergo ultrasonic frequency quenching and precision grinding, and are combined with a forced lubrication system to reduce wear. The operating system is ergonomically designed, and the suspended panel adopts a symbolic design.

1. The main components such as the base, machine body, worktable, middle slide seat, and lifting slide seat are all cast from high-strength materials. The turret milling machine undergoes artificial aging treatment to ensure the stability of the machine tool during long-term use.

2. The milling head is equipped with a turret milling machine head, and the spindle of the turret milling machine is equipped with both manual and micro-motion feed methods, which is convenient and accurate for processing. The milling head of the turret milling machine can be adjusted ±45° in the vertical plane and rotate 360° in the horizontal plane, expanding the processing range of the machine tool.

3. The worktable of the turret milling machine has three types of longitudinal and transverse feed: manual feed, motorized feed and motorized rapid feed. Motorized feed can obtain 8 different feed speeds, which can meet different processing requirements. Rapid feed enables the workpiece to reach the processing position quickly, reducing non-processing time.

4. The Z-direction lifting of the lifting platform can be achieved through both manual and motorized methods. Moreover, the manual and motorized methods of the turret milling machine are interlocked, eliminating unsafe factors.

5. The X-direction travel of the turret milling machine's worktable can reach 800mm, and the guide rail pairs in the X, Y, and Z directions have undergone ultrasonic frequency quenching, precision grinding, and scraping treatment to enhance accuracy and extend the service life of the machine tool.

6. The manual lubrication device can force lubricate the lead screws and guide rails in the longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions, reducing the wear of the machine tool and ensuring its efficient operation. Meanwhile, the cooling system of the turret milling machine adjusts the flow rate of the coolant by changing the nozzles to meet different processing requirements.

7. The machine tool operating system is suspended on the upper right of the machine tool through the support arm. The turret milling machine conforms to the ergonomic principle and is easy to operate. The operation panels are all designed with visualized symbols, which are simple and intuitive.
