I. Precision Inspection of Core Components (Stability Foundation

Guide rail accuracy and wear resistance ‌ : Check the straightness, parallelism and wear condition of the guide rail. High-precision guide rails are the foundation of stable motion.

Dynamic performance of the main shaft ‌ : Detect the radial/axial runout, dynamic balance state and vibration during high-speed operation of the main shaft. The runout of the main shaft should be ≤0.005mm.

Servo and drive system ‌ : Test the positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy and backlash of each axis (should be ≤0.005mm), and evaluate the servo response speed and transmission rigidity.

Ⅱ. Load Cutting Test (Stability Verification)

No-load operation test ‌ : Run the machine tool no-load for 8 to 24 hours to observe if there is any abnormal vibration, noise or temperature rise.

Load cutting test ‌ :

Cutting rigidity test ‌ : Use standard specimens (such as 45# steel bars) for large depth of cut and high feed rate cutting, and observe the surface roughness and vibration of the machined surface.

Precision retention test ‌ : Continuously process multiple identical parts to check dimensional consistency (such as diameter, length tolerance).

Dynamic response test ‌ : Execute compound instructions such as rapid movement and tool change, and observe whether the machine tool response is smooth without overshoot.

Ⅲ. Environment and Long-Term Operational Stability

Environmental adaptability ‌ : Test the machining accuracy at different environmental temperatures and evaluate the thermal deformation compensation capability of the machine tool.

Long-term stability assessment ‌ : Run continuously for several days, regularly inspect the accuracy of key components, and evaluate the impact of wear on stability.

Iv. Key Factors for Enhancing Stability

Machine tool structure ‌ : The inclined bed design itself has better bending and torsional rigidity.

System compatibility ‌ : Ensure that components such as servo motors, lead screws, and guide rails are well matched.

Maintenance and care ‌ : Regular cleaning, lubrication and calibration are key to maintaining stability.
