In the modern mechanical processing industry, the CNC inclined lathe, with its unique inclined bed structure design, has become an indispensable core equipment in the precision parts processing scenario. The friction force during movement is extremely small, which can control the processing error at the micrometer level and ultimately improve the surface finish of the parts.

4. Intelligent cutting: After the tool comes into contact with the workpiece, the numerical control system will automatically match the cutting depth, feed rate and spindle speed according to the pre-input program code. The inclined bed structure also allows the chips to slide off naturally, avoiding accumulation in the processing area and affecting accuracy, eliminating the need for additional manual cleaning steps.

5. Automation Control: Mainstream models support various numerical control systems such as Guangshu, Kaindi, and Siemens. Some high-end models are equipped with bus-type electrical boxes and independent heat dissipation devices, ensuring system stability even during long-term continuous operation. Additionally, accessories such as automatic tool setters and chip conveyors can be expanded to further reduce the intensity of manual operation.
