The daily maintenance of CNC vertical lathes mainly includes four core links: cleaning, inspection, lubrication and record-keeping. Daily execution can effectively ensure the accuracy and stability of the equipment.
Ⅰ. Check before startup
1. Youdaoplaceholder0 Environmental and visual inspection : Patrol the area around the machine tool to ensure there are no oil stains, water stains or obstacles, and guarantee that the safety passage is unobstructed; Check if the casing is damaged.
2. Youdaoplaceholder0 Hydraulic and pneumatic system : Check whether the pressure in the hydraulic station and the pressure gauge is within the normal range (usually marked in a green area), and whether the oil in the oil tank and the air source three-piece set is sufficient.
3. Youdaoplaceholder0 lubrication system status : Check the oil level of the automatic lubrication pump, confirm that the oil passage is unobstructed, and that the oil pump can start to supply oil at regular intervals.
Ⅱ. Monitoring During Operation
1. Youdaoplaceholder0 Spindle and chuck cleaning : After starting the machine, rotate the spindle at low speed and use an air gun to blow away the chips and dust in the chuck claws and the inner taper holes of the spindle to prevent workpiece positioning deviation.
2. Youdaoplaceholder0 coolant management : Check the coolant level and add it in time; Observe whether it has deteriorated, smelly or become too dirty, and clean the filter screen at the pump inlet to ensure the cooling effect.
3. Youdaoplaceholder0 Tool and tool turret inspection : Confirm that all tools are firmly clamped without looseness or damage; Test whether the tool changing action is smooth and the positioning is accurate.
Ⅲ. Maintenance after Shutdown
1. Youdaoplaceholder0 Thoroughly clean the guide rails and protective covers : Use a brush or hook to remove metal chips and dust from the inside and outside of the guide rails, lead screws, and protective covers, paying special attention to the area below the tool turret and tailstock.
2. Youdaoplaceholder0 Rust prevention treatment : Dry the exposed metal surfaces such as guide rails and lead screws with a cotton cloth and apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil to prevent rusting due to moisture when the machine stops at night.
3. Youdaoplaceholder0 Chip removal and cooling system cleaning : Clean the iron filings and wipe the coolant off the guide rail area to prevent corrosion and blockage.
Ⅳ. Daily Inspection Records
Fill in the status of all the above inspection items, the problems found and the added oil/liquid conditions truthfully in the "Daily Equipment Inspection Form" to form a traceable maintenance file, which is convenient for fault early warning and regular maintenance reference.
The core principle of : Adhering to the eight-character guideline of "cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and record-keeping" can prevent over 80% of common faults and ensure the long-term stable operation of machine tools.
