Mechanical parts are loose or worn
Loose/broken screws for the lead of the compression cylinder : this causes the lead components to collide. It is necessary to check and tighten or replace the screws
1.
Loose crankshaft bearing housing : causes crankshaft offset friction, and the bearing housing needs to be re-fixed
1.
The gap between the connecting rod shaft and the copper sleeve is too large : a metallic knocking sound is produced. The copper sleeve needs to be adjusted or replaced
1.
Loose connecting rod pin : causes periodic abnormal noise. The pin needs to be tightened or replaced
Lubrication and installation issues
Poor lubrication : Dry friction of components will produce sharp squeaking sounds. Lubricating oil needs to be replenished or replaced
Unstable installation foundation/loose anchor bolts : amplifies the vibration of the entire machine. The foundation needs to be reinforced and the bolts tightened
Other faults
valve failure : Abnormal air flow pulsation causes abnormal noise. The valve needs to be cleaned or replaced
Loose internal parts of (such as pistons, connecting rods) : directly cause knocking sounds. The machine needs to be stopped for inspection and tightening
Suggestions for handling :
Give priority to checking loose components (such as screws and bearings) and their lubrication conditions.
If abnormal noise is accompanied by intensified vibration, the machine should be stopped immediately to prevent further damage.
