CNC Double Lathe is a double-head machining equipment based on the numerical control system. It is mainly used for high-precision synchronous turning of bar stock, tube and shaft parts, and is widely applied in the fields of automobiles, aviation, electronics, etc. This equipment adopts a horizontal layout of double headstock and double saddle tool rest, and is equipped with a dual-channel numerical control system to achieve synchronous processing at both ends. It is compatible with compound functions such as turning, milling, and drilling, and supports automatic loading and unloading to achieve unmanned operation.

The main body of the machine tool adopts a 45-degree inclined integral bed structure, equipped with fully enclosed protective doors and high-precision rolling guides imported from Taiwan. The Z-axis rapid travel speed reaches 24M/min, and the spindle speed covers 200-2200 revolutions per minute. Through the double-slide saddle and double-slide plate structure and the adjustable tool plate design, the coaxiality of the workpiece processing is ensured. Combined with the hydraulic clamping and servo drive system, the processing stability is enhanced. Some models are compatible with automatic chip conveyors, with a minimum clamping length of 130mm. They adopt helical toothed belt direct transmission technology to reduce operating noise, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach the micrometer level。

1. It adopts an overall bed with a 45-degree forward inclined structure layout, featuring good rigidity, convenient chip removal, and easy maintenance and adjustment.

2. It adopts a fully enclosed double-opening door structure, with an elegant and generous appearance, smooth lines, clear external vision and appropriate operation parts.

3. The slide saddle is equipped with high-precision rolling guides imported from Taiwan, featuring high repeat positioning accuracy and a rapid traverse speed of up to 24M (Z-axis).

4. The machine tool adopts hydraulic clamping, which is safe, stable and reliable.

5. It adopts a row tool form, which shortens the processing time of workpieces and ensures stable precision. Tool rests can be installed according to customer requirements.

6. The machine tool adopts a dual-channel and dual-program control system from Taiwan, which can simultaneously process processes of different sizes, shapes and structures at both ends. According to customer requirements, additional projects such as milling, drilling and tapping can be added.

7. The main drive system is equipped with a variable frequency drive system. It can also be configured with a servo main drive system according to customer requirements to achieve stepless speed regulation. As the main power is directly transmitted to the main shaft by the helical toothed belt, the main shaft is noise-free and operates very smoothly.

8. An automatic chip conveyor can be optionally equipped for customers to choose from.
