Ⅰ. Daily Maintenance and Care Methods

After the daily processing is completed, clean the chips and dust on the surface of the machine tool, the guide rails and the lead screw parts to prevent debris from entering the key components and accelerating wear.

For equipment that has been in use for a long time, it is necessary to inspect the aging electrical components and mechanical vulnerable parts in advance and replace them as needed to avoid sudden malfunctions and shutdowns.
