6. Comply with internship regulations: Conduct internships on designated machine tools and computers. Without permission, do not touch other equipment.
Ii. Preparations Before Work
1. Familiarize yourself with the machine tool: Before operation, understand the basic performance, structure, transmission principle and control program of the CNC milling machine, and master the functions of the operation buttons and indicator lights.
2. Inspect the machine tool: Before starting it, check whether the electrical system, lubrication system, oil quality, operating handles, workpieces, fixtures and cutting tools, etc. are normal.
3. Program Confirmation: After debugging is completed, operation can only be carried out with the consent of the instructor. Skipping steps is strictly prohibited.
4. Simulation Run: Conduct a no-cutting trajectory simulation run before processing to ensure the correctness of the program.
Iii. Safety Precautions during the Work Process
1. Protective door: Ensure the protective door is closed during processing. It is strictly forbidden to reach in.
2. Concentrate: Stay focused during the processing. If any problem is found, immediately terminate the program and report it.
3. Avoid contact: Do not touch rotating parts or remove iron filings.
4. Clean the machine tool: It is strictly prohibited to stack items on the machine tool to keep it clean.
5. Correct operation: Follow the correct operation steps and do not conduct trial operations.
Iv. Precautions after Work Completion
1. Cleaning work: Remove chips, wipe the machine tool to ensure it is clean.
2. Check the liquids: Inspect the lubricating oil and coolant, and add or replace them in time.
3. Turn off the power: Correctly turn off the machine tool operation panel and the main power supply.
4. Hygiene and Record-keeping: Clean and fill in the equipment usage record.
